Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
Handle Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram marketing campaigns.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into business opportunities.
Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional content.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify recent business opportunities.
Support branding activities, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Maintain the company's online reputation and respond to customer enquiries on social media.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, BBA, B.Com,



or any related field.
Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
Understanding of Canva or other basic design tools is an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
