Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Generate quality leads for our products and services.
Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Respond to incoming leads via WhatsApp in a timely and qualified manner.
Understand customer requirements and convert inquiries into sales.
Follow up with interested leads until they become customers.
Maintain lead records and update the CRM or spreadsheet.
Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives and marketing materials.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on campaign performance and lead conversions.
Suggest improvements to increase lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident in handling customer conversations on WhatsApp.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising.
Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
