Job Role

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Daily Mind Education activities within the assigned block.
Establish and maintain communication with schools and teachers.
Coordinate with schools for conducting educational programs and activities.
Visit schools and field locations as required.
Collect and maintain necessary school, student, and activity-related data.
Coordinate with Data Operators and Senior District Coordinators.
Achieve the targets assigned by the organization.
Submit regular work and progress reports to the Senior District Coordinator.
Maintain skilled relationships with schools and other stakeholders.
Support the organization in other field-related activities as assigned.

Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation will be preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in the field and travel within the assigned block.

Field Work + School Coordination + Reporting

Salary / Performance-Based Payment

Performance-Based Salary / Honorarium

The Block Coordinator will be eligible to receive up to 50% of the applicable amount based on the work completed and assigned targets achieved.

Payment will be calculated according to the actual work performed, completed targets, and the organization's performance criteria. There will be no guaranteed fixed monthly salary.

Reporting

The Block Coordinator will report directly to the Senior District Coordinator.
