Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects, including planning, procurement, execution, and handover.
Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements before execution.
Prepare project budgets, monitor costs, and control expenditures to achieve financial targets.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, machinery, and other project resources effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.




Monitor procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients.
Verify subcontractor work, review invoices, and certify completed work for payment.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, variation orders, site instructions, and completion records.
Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.
Ensure successful project completion, snag rectification, and final handover.
