Intern - Strategy & Transformation
About the Role:
This role sits within the Sales, Marketing & Delivery organization of Kimbal, and supports Kimbal's strategy & transformation team to build and implement recent solutions. The intern will work on high-visibility projects spanning market research, competitive intelligence, and data analysis — directly supporting senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain structured databases, trackers, and dashboards for executive business reporting.
Prepare executive presentations for internal reviews, board discussions, and client engagements.
Support strategic internal initiatives and support building and implementation of end-to-end solution.
Synthesize data into crisp, decision-ready memos and strategy documents.
Assist in documenting and tracking key business KPIs and growth metrics.

What We're Looking For:
Final-year Engineering or MBA students with strategy/consulting inclination




Ability to structure and present complex ideas clearly and visually
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, modelling, and structuring research outputs
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
High attention to detail; structured, first-principles thinking

Valuable to Have
Prior internship experience in a startup, consulting, or strategy role
Familiarity with India's power sector, DISCOMs, or energy infrastructure
Experience building market research reports or business cases
