Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly MIS reports.
Design and maintain interactive dashboards for Sales, Finance, Inventory, HR, Purchase, and Operations.
Analyze sales trends, customer performance, inventory movement,



and business KPIs.
Generate reports for management reviews and strategic planning.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely report submission.

Dashboard Development & Business Intelligence
Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio.
Create data visualizations and performance reports.
Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.
Monitor KPIs and present actionable business insights.

Database & Data Management
Manage and maintain large datasets.
Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.
Maintain master data and ensure database accuracy.
Coordinate with various departments to collect business data.

Automation & Process Improvement
Automate MIS reports using Excel formulas, Power Query, and Macros.
Improve reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
Document MIS processes and SOPs.
Support ERP reporting and system improvements.
