Job Description: Marketing Strategy, Campaign Analysis, and Performance Reporting
Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies for banking products by analyzing historical campaign data.
Build and refine targeted campaign audiences aligned with approved marketing strategies.
Leverage AI/ML models to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment.
Conduct in-depth data analysis using SAS to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights, including:
Customer segmentation using decision tree methodologies
Statistical A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness
Translate business requirements into explicit technical specifications and deliver robust, data-backed solutions.
Prepare and present high-impact executive-level presentations and ad hoc reports tailored to various stakeholder groups

Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment and consistency across all deliverables.




Communicate complex analytical insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering informed decision-making.

Project & Action Tracking
Oversee project timelines and ensure timely execution of key deliverables and milestones.Work cross-functionally to monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Attention to Detail
Demonstrate a meticulous approach to data handling, ensuring high levels of accuracy and reliability.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with mínimal supervision, maintaining quality and consistency across tasks.

Qualifications: Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the analytics domain.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, or Python for data analysis.
Solid analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
