About the Role

Jasper Software Solutions is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can manage our complete social media presence and help grow our digital brand across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content regularly.
Design content calendars and execute social media campaigns.
Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness organically.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creatives and videos.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with social media trends and implement recent growth strategies.
Respond to comments, messages,



and customer inquiries professionally.
Support digital marketing activities and online promotions.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
Positive communication and content writing skills.
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
