About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Design creatives, posts, reels covers, and banners for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Design and update visual elements for the company website (banners, icons, product images, landing page graphics)
Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print assets
Collaborate with the marketing/content team to translate ideas into visuals
Edit and retouch images/photos as required
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and social media formats
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator:
Working knowledge of CorelDRAW:
Hands-on experience with Figma (for web/UI design)
Robust understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
Ability to design for different formats and platform specifications (social media sizes, web banners, print)
Basic understanding of branding and marketing design principles





Valuable to Have (Optional)
Basic video editing / motion graphics skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Pro)
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
Experience designing for e-commerce or website product pages
A portfolio showcasing social media and web design work

Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
Prior experience in an agency, in-house marketing team, or freelance design work preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
