Job Title: EPBCS Consultant

Experience: 5-7 years

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced EPBCS Consultant to join our Oracle EPM delivery team on a contract basis, supporting implementation, configuration, and enhancement of EPBCS solutions for clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and build EPBCS solutions including planning forms, dashboards, business rules, task lists, and security

Develop and maintain Groovy-based business rules and calculation scripts

Design and build data integrations using FDMEE/Data Management and EPM Automate

Support requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional/technical designs

Assist with metadata design (dimensions, hierarchies, member properties) aligned to planning use cases

Build and validate Smart View reports and Financial Reporting/OOTB reports

Support UAT cycles, defect resolution, and go-live activities

Prepare technical documentation (design docs, RTMs, test scripts)

Collaborate with onshore/offshore team members and client stakeholders during delivery





Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years of overall Oracle EPM experience, with at least 3-4 years hands-on in EPBCS/PBCS

Strong hands-on experience with Planning module configuration (forms, rules, dashboards)

Working knowledge of Groovy scripting for business rules

Experience with FDMEE/Data Management for data integration

Familiarity with EPM Automate for automation of routine tasks

Understanding of core planning/budgeting/forecasting concepts

Valuable communication skills to work directly with client teams during workshops and testing cycles

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a contract engagement setting

Good to Have

Exposure to Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, or other OOTB EPBCS modules

Experience with FCCS, PCMCS, or other EPM Cloud products

Familiarity with EDMCS

Prior experience in a consulting/client-facing delivery role
