Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime
bank and accounts reconciliation regularly
Manage accounts payable and process vendor payments




Prepare and process TDS PF PT payments, & workings Maintain
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR2B Reco, GSTR-3B)
Coordinate and follow up with CA for GST PF PT & TDS compliance
Prepare MIS reports (Product-wise revenue, expenses, fund reports, Debtors & Creditor Reports)
Monthly and year-end closing activities
Financial reporting including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Handle petty cash and maintain cash records
Maintain and organize accounting documents and records
Assist in audit activities and financial documentation
Payroll Handling All activities Start to End.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Valuable knowledge of Taxation (GST & TDS)
Understanding of Financial Statements & Accounting Principles
Experience in Internal Auditing
Hands-on experience with accounting software (preferably Tally Prime)
Robust Excel skills (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts
