Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based coffees, cappuccinos, lattes, americanos, mochas, teas, and specialty drinks.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
Deliver excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area.
Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report stock requirements.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and café operational standards.
Assist in opening and closing café operations.




Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista is mandatory.:
Hands-on experience with commercial espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques.
Good knowledge of espresso-based beverages and café operations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and handle peak-hour rushes.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
