Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective learners.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve conversions.




Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are an advantage).
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
