Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate architectural designs, layouts, elevations, sections and working drawings.
Understand client requirements and convert them into practical, functional and economical design solutions.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, fire, HVAC and other consultants.
Prepare and review architectural drawings using AutoCAD and preferably Revit/BIM.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, consultants, contractors and vendors.
Conduct site visits and resolve architectural/design-related site issues.
Manage drawing revisions, documentation and project deliverables.
Support multiple projects based on Nexfore's project requirements.
Contribute to improving Nexfore's architectural standards, templates and design processes.
