Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts covering functional, performance, and security testing.
Test Execution: Execute test cases, analyze test results, and identify defects or inconsistencies in the product.
Defect Management: Document defects, collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolution, and perform retesting when necessary.
Test Automation: Work with automation engineers to identify test automation opportunities and contribute to the creation of automated test scripts.
Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to verify that resolved defects do not introduce new issues and that system functionality is maintained.
Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and reliability under various conditions.
Security Testing: Collaborate with security teams to assess and address security vulnerabilities within the product.
Test Setting Management: Set up and maintain test settings, ensuring they mirror production environments for accurate test results.
Reporting: Generate detailed test reports,



providing insights on product quality and progress to stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Mentorship: Mentor junior quality analysts, share industry knowledge, and guide them in adopting best practices for testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla)
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of testing methodologies, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Python) is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
Relevant certifications in quality assurance or testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus
