This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of digital content, often in an asynchronous or remote setting. Your primary focus is on reviewing and assessing various forms of content, such as written articles, videos, audio, or any other media type that is created and published online.

Key Responsibility
Review and assess educational materials, including text, videos, student learning materials, synchronous and asynchronous content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with curriculum objectives.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, or outdated information and recommend necessary revisions or updates. Ensure content is engaging, accessible, and meets quality standards
Assist Director CIQA to implement quality assurance procedures to maintain consistency and standards across all asynchronous content.
Verify that content aligns with predefined learning objectives, outcomes, and educational standards.




Conduct usability testing to evaluate the user-friendliness of the digital learning platform and content navigation.
Gather feedback from learners and instructors to make improvements.
Assess the effectiveness of multimedia components, simulations, and interactive elements in enhancing the learning experience.
Propose enhancements to content, such as adding supplementary materials, links to external resources, or multimedia elements to improve learning outcomes.
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance content development and quality assurance processes.
Assist Director CIQA to Collect, Collate and disseminate accurate and reliable statistics about content quality of programmes at NCDOE.
Assist Director for preparation and submission of required regulatory reports, Annual report and documentation to statutory bodies in a timely and accurate manner.
