As we scale nationally, we're looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Production Planning Manager to lead our end-to-end manufacturing operations and build a world-class supply chain.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain & Production Planning Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production while ensuring uninterrupted supply, productive inventory management, and on-time customer fulfillment. This role requires solid cross-functional collaboration with procurement, quality, warehouse, sales, and finance teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Scheduling
Develop daily, weekly,



and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer demand.
Optimize machine utilization, manpower allocation, and production capacity.
Monitor production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Minimize production downtime and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Supply Chain Management
Plan procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess stock.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor supplier performance and improve procurement efficiency.

Inventory & Warehouse Management
Oversee raw material, packaging material, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
Conduct inventory reconciliation and periodic stock audits.
Reduce wastage and inventory holding costs.

Demand Planning
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to forecast d
