About EverydayMeds

The Role

Hands-on experience with Customer.io and Klaviyo is essential. You'll work closely with our UK-based marketing, design, and development teams to plan, build, test, and optimise every stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
Design and manage automated lifecycle flows (onboarding, abandoned checkout, re-engagement, next-dose reminders, post-purchase, win-back)
Build and manage audience segments based on behaviour, lifecycle stage, and purchase history
Monitor and report on key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, deliverability, revenue)
Maintain healthy deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, list hygiene, sender reputation)
Ensure all communications are on-brand, compliant, and correctly triggered
Manage integrations between our platforms (Shopify, apps, and data sources) and ESPs

What We're Looking For




Hands-on experience with Customer.io and Klaviyo is essential:
Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and customer journey building
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimisation
Comfortable reading data and reporting on campaign performance
Excellent written and spoken English for transparent communication with a UK team
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup
Ability to commit to UK working hours (9am-5pm UK time)
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, or regulated industries
Familiarity with Shopify and WooCommerce
Experience with SMS and push notification marketing
Knowledge of Liquid or energetic personalisation
Copywriting skills
