We are looking for an experienced Product Head to manage and grow the Ground School business, with a solid focus on sales and teaching strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales and teaching strategies for the Ground School.
Drive student enrolment, revenue growth, and overall business performance.
Manage sales & marketing activities and explore current growth opportunities.
Oversee instructor selection, appointment, and coordination.
Manage day-to-day Ground School operations and ensure quality of training.
Eligibility:
5+ years of experience in Ground School management, sales, teaching, or a related field.
Robust leadership, communication, sales, and strategic planning skills.
Experience in aviation training/education will be an advantage.
Work Location: In person
