Team Overview

Manages experienced professionals who exercise moderate latitude and independence in their assignments globally.
Provides direction and guidance to senior management on the execution of services, products, process, standards or operational plans in support of the organization's technology strategies.
Participate in software design meetings and analyze client/partner needs to determine technical requirements.
Clearly communicate the status of technology projects to executive team.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Minimum of 10 years of broad engineering experience, ideally 4+ years in a management role, with demonstrated experience as a strategic leader
Deep understanding of core software engineering principals
Proven experience planning, implementing, and managing software engineering functions
Confident in abilities to coach and mentor team members and future leaders
Experience with recommending and evalu
