Reach out to potential students via calls, inbound inquiries, and assigned leads to promote and convert admissions.- Follow up with leads for course enrolment, documentation, and fee payments.
Maintain and update student records and reports regularly.-
Provide backend support for the seamless delivery of online courses.- Handle crisis situations independently and effectively.
Maintain robust rapport with students throughout their learning journey and be available for support when needed.
Share student feedback and insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Support interdepartmental coordination by efficiently conveying updates between students and the management team.
