Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Learn the Bench Sales recruitment process for the US IT Staffing market.
Work with consultants to understand their technical skills and project availability.
Market consultant profiles to vendors and implementation partners.
Build and maintain skilled relationships with clients and vendors.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and consultants.
Maintain accurate records of submissions and placements.
Meet daily and weekly activity targets.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in the US night shift.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Positive interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Eligibility:
Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
Strong communication skills are preferred.
