We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Trainee to support our growth initiatives. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, partnerships, and the education sector. The trainee will assist in lead generation, outreach, and engagement with students, institutions, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential leads (students, colleges, training institutes, and partners)
Support promotional activities for courses, workshops, and educational programs
Help organize webinars, info sessions, and education-related events
Follow up with leads and guide them through the enrollment or onboarding process
Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools or spreadsheets
Perform basic market and competitor research
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve outreach strategies
Contribute ideas to enhance student engagement and partnerships

Pay: ₹13,953.84 - ₹58,196.84 per month
