We are looking for an experienced Business Head - Sales & Training who can drive business growth while developing and training high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Sales and Business Development teams to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve lead generation, conversions, and overall business performance.
Recruit, train, mentor, and coach recent and existing employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, communication skills, and customer handling.
Conduct induction programs, classroom training, role-plays,



mock calls, and refresher training sessions.
Identify training needs and create structured learning and development programs.
Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Work closely with management to improve sales processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Analyze sales reports, conversion metrics, and team performance to implement improvement strategies.
Build a positive, performance-driven, and learning-oriented work culture.
Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
