Hiring: Purchase Manager / Purchase Executive

Location: Howrah
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for a Purchase Manager/Purchase Executive with experience in industrial procurement, vendor management, and sourcing of mechanical components, particularly steel and aluminium materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for transmission and distribution materials, including steel and aluminium mechanical components.
Handle the complete procurement cycle from purchase requisition to payment and material receipt.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
Follow the 5R principles of procurement (Right Quality, Right Quantity, Right Price, Right Source, Right Time).
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.




Develop cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
Manage procurement budgets and monitor purchasing expenses.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance evaluations, and cost analysis reports.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in industrial or manufacturing procurement preferred.
Robust vendor development and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory planning, and supply chain coordination.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and MS Office.
Valuable analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
