Job Purpose

The TAG Advisor is responsible for building teams and support in the organization’s growth strategy - By planning and identifying the right talent and skill set, assessing their suitability to the role and the organization. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor , you will partner key stakeholders in managing the full hiring life cycle

Job Duties & responsibilities
The position is required to ensure the recruitment and on boarding of current staff.
Role is required to source the right profiles, manage stakeholders for hiring the best fit Talent
Ensure recruitment against vacancies as per defined turn-around-times




Manage recruitment expenses within prescribed cost budgets
Develop and strategize sourcing options for recruitment within cost budgets
Liaise with Business HR partners for inputs and updates
Co-ordinate with placement consultants for recruitment process
Manage role in line with group framework and country requirements
Proactive relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure execution of organisational deliverables in tandem with HR partners

Required Experience
Minimum 6to 8 years’ experience in HR
Experience in managing recruitment for Branch Banking function

Education / Preferred Qualifications
MBA/ Qualification in HR with 6 to 8 years of experience in HR
