The Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in leading the architecture and design of Chubb’s core insurance system transformation.

The role acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders (underwriting, claims, operations, actuarial,



finance), platform engineering, and delivery teams to define solutions that support profitable growth, operational efficiency, and excellent experience.

Domain coverage:Distribution, quote & bind, policy, billing, claims, reinsurance, catastrophe management and finance

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design
Lead the design of end‑to‑end solutions across underwriting, policy, claims, billing, reinsurance, underwriting, and digital channels.
Produce and maintain architecture artefacts (solution diagrams, interface specifications, design decisions) in line with standards.
Design for non‑functional requirements (performance, availability, security, resilience, supportability).Liaise with analytics, infrastructure, operational resilience and security to have an end-to-end solution design
