Job description:
A Career development Trainer (PDP Trainer) is responsible for delivering training and development programs to individuals or groups within an organization. The job description typically includes the following duties:
Designing and developing training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
Delivering training programs on various topics, such as leadership development, communication skills, time management, and customer service.
Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making modifications as necessary.
Maintaining knowledge of current industry trends and incorporating recent ideas into training programs.
Building solid relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their training needs.
Evaluating and reporting on the results of training programs to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:
Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
Communication skills: 2 years (required)
