We’re looking for an extraordinary, trend-obsessed Social Media Manager to own our social ecosystem and run point for our client roster.

The Role (What You’ll Do)

Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Content Creation: Brainstorm, script, and direct high-performing, scroll-stopping short-form video content (Reels/TikToks/Shorts).

Trend-Jacking: Spot internet trends, memes, and cultural moments early and weave our clients into the conversation seamlessly.

Community Building: Drive authentic, witty engagement in the comment sections to build real brand loyalty.

Analytics: Track key performance metrics, translate data into actionable insights,



and pivot strategies based on what wins.

The Blueprint (Who You Are)

Experience: 3+ years managing brand social channels (Agency experience preferred).

Killer Copywriter: Ability to seamlessly switch from witty B2C banter to polished B2B thought leadership.

Visual Eye: Strong sense of aesthetics, framing, video pacing, and up-to-date design trends.

Tool Savvy: Proficient with scheduling tools (Sprout/Later), basic editing apps (CapCut/Canva), and project management software.

Self-Driven: A proactive problem solver who brings fresh ideas to the table daily

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
