Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning as per project requirements Prepare detailed drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D views using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP teams, and site staff for smooth execution

Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and fittings in line with project design and budget
Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure design implementation as per drawings
Prepare BOQs, assist in costing, and support procurement activities
Handle client discussions, design presentations, and incorporate feedback effectively
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture




4 - 8 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, MS Office (Revit is an added advantage)
Robust understanding of materials, finishes, and execution details
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines

Preferred Profile:
Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects
Knowledge of local vendors, contractors, and market rates in Mumbai.
Willingness to travel to project sites

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
