Job Responsibilities
Assess and monitor patients' health conditions and promptly report changes to doctors.
Administer medications, injections and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures and emergency situations.
Follow infection-control,



patient-safety and hospital protocols.
Maintain nursing documentation, medication records and handover notes.
Educate patients and family members regarding treatment, medication and post-discharge care.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals for continuity of care.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and escalate clinical concerns as required.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold skilled nursing standards.
Perform department-specific nursing responsibilities when assigned to ICU, OT, Emergency, NICU, PICU, Dialysis, Ward or other specialty units.
