The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating interior design and execution projects from planning to handover. The role involves site coordination, material procurement, vendor management, project scheduling, client communication, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Project Planning & Coordination
Coordinate interior fit-out and execution activities as per project schedule.
Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Site Management
Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor manpower deployment and daily work progress.
Material Procurement & Logistics
Prepare material requirement lists based on project drawings with designer
Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials to sites.
Track inventory and material consumption.
Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid project delays.
Client Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during execution.
Schedule client meetings and site reviews.
Provide regular project updates and progress reports.
Address client concerns and coordinate resolutions.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Obtain quotations and compare pricing.
Follow up on deliveries and work schedules.
Ensure vendor compliance with project requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project files, drawings, BOQs, and contracts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Track project expenses and payment schedules.
Maintain records of approvals, variations, and site instructions.
