We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our core team at Pratap Group. We are building a high-performance platform for Fleet Intelligence and Energy Management. You will be the architect responsible for moving data from physical assets into our real-time analytical engine, ensuring that every millisecond of telemetry is captured, processed, and acted upon.
Core Technical Stack
Language: Python (Django / Django REST Framework)
Ingestion: MQTT (EMQX/Mosquitto) for bidirectional device communication.
Pipeline: Apache Kafka for event-driven stream processing.
Database: ClickHouse for sub-second analytical queries on massive telemetry datasets.
Workplace: Docker/Kubernetes-based deployment.
Key Responsibilities
IoT Infrastructure: Build and manage highly concurrent MQTT pipelines to handle telemetry from thousands of fleet and energy assets.
Data Streaming: Architect the Kafka ecosystem to ensure low-latency data flow from sensors to storage.
Analytical Engineering:
Design optimized schema architectures in ClickHouse to support real-time fleet dashboards and energy usage analytics.
Django Backend: Build secure, scalable APIs and microservices that integrate the edge-device data with user-facing dashboards.
In office Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the product and engineering teams in our [City] office to solve real-world hardware-software integration challenges.
