Responsibilities:
Oversee department interview scheduling and coordinate effectively with all internal stakeholders.
Facilitate smooth internal promotion processes, ensuring talent mobility within the organization is handled professionally.
Prepare employment contracts, ensuring all hiring rates, start dates, and program allocations are accurate.
Collaborate with the broader recruitment team to meet aggressive hiring targets and maintain recruitment reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally gained from a recruitment firm or BPO company.
Proven track record in handling end-to-end recruitment for non-agent/corporate BPO positions.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
