Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Executive who can help build and strengthen the 22Yards family.

This role goes beyond traditional HR—you'll play a key role in hiring, employee engagement, performance tracking, compliance, and creating an exceptional employee experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.




Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Plan workforce requirements based on business needs.

Employee Onboarding & Induction
Conduct smooth onboarding for all current employees.
Organize induction programs to familiarize employees with company culture, policies, and processes.
Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed.

Attendance & Workforce Management
Monitor daily employee attendance.
Track employee Check-In & Check-Out records.
Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
Ensure punctuality and discipline across teams.

Performance & KPI Management
Track and maintain KPI reports for all employees.
Coordinate with department heads to monitor performance.
Maintain monthly performance dashboards.
Support performance review discussions.

Employee Engagement & Retention
Organize employee engagement activities.
Conduct monthly team meetings and feedback sessions.
