Key Responsibilities
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve L2 network incidents within defined SLAs.
Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Diagnose connectivity, routing, VLAN, and switching-related issues.
Perform network monitoring, health checks, and preventive maintenance.
Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network environments.
Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
Coordinate with L1 support, vendors, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
Maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
Participate in planned maintenance activities and network upgrades.

Required Skills:
Robust understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Model, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, STP, and NAT.
Hands-on experience with routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and static routing.




Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or HP networking devices.
Knowledge of firewall technologies (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, etc.).
Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN).
Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, or similar.
Basic understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing tools.
Valuable analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Networking certifications such as CCNA (preferred) or equivalent.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
