Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and agile Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the

management, a passion for men's fashion, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer

service. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring a high

level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through

excellent service.




Implement and maintain high standards of visual merchandising to optimize sales.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and develop store staff, ensuring all team members are knowledgeable about

products and brand values.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
Store Operations:
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and handle deliveries and stock

replenishment.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Financial Management:
Manage the store’s budget, expenses, and payroll to maximize profitability.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive clientele and excellent service.
