Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
Build talent pipelines for critical and future hiring requirements.
Negotiate compensation within approved salary structures.
Ensure timely offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring reports.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Develop sourcing strategies for niche and technical positions.
Coordinate with recruitment consultancies and external vendors.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
Meet recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.

Pay: ₹9,045.86 - ₹20,036.08 per month
