Key Responsibilities
Fabrication & Assembly: Join, cut, and shape metal components using arc welding methods.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and structural specifications to meet project requirements.
Quality Control: Inspect welds for defects, proper penetration, and compliance with structural standards.
Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and repair welding machines, tools, and work zones.
Safety Compliance: Wear appropriate PPE and follow strict safety guidelines to prevent workplace hazards.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills: Proven experience in a fabrication or welding role. Solid manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Certifications: Recognized vocational training, apprenticeship completion,
or official welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME) are heavily preferred.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and work for extended periods in various conditions (including flat, vertical, and overhead positions).
