Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for stainless steel holloware products within the mining and metals sector.
Identify and cultivate current business opportunities by engaging with potential clients and expanding the customer base.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication, technical support, and after-sales service.
Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure customer specifications and quality standards are met.
Conduct detailed market analysis to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales tactics.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.




Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and resolve any order-related issues.
Report on sales performance metrics, forecast future sales, and provide insights to senior management for strategic planning.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking prospects to enhance company visibility and generate leads.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
