Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
Explain Agathisha's programs, services, and opportunities clearly.
Handle enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Build positive relationships with clients through skilled communication.
Required Skills
Excellent Tamil & English communication skills.
Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer, Excel and WhatsApp knowledge.
Ability to handle customer questions professionally.
Qualification
Any Degree or equivalent.
Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
Experience
0–2 years preferred
Freshers are welcome.
