Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide a team, ensure achievement of business targets, and maintain high standards of customer service and operational performance. Candidates with banking or financial services experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and quality standards are maintained.
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Track KPIs such as productivity, quality, attendance, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback and support to team members to improve their performance.
Handle escalations and resolve customer or operational issues effectively.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective and improvement plans.




Support recruitment, training, onboarding, and development of team members when required.

Requirements
2–4 years of total experience, preferably with Team Leader / Senior Executive / Supervisory experience.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good leadership and team-management abilities.
Target-oriented with robust problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to motivate and develop team members.
