Configure and customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, and issue types as and when needed
Set up and manage Jira boards, filters, dashboards, and reports using JQL.
Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide timely resolution.
Identify inefficiencies in Jira usage and propose improvements.
Work closely with Agile teams to ensure Jira reflects best practices.
Document Jira processes and provides training to users as needed.
Support integrations between Jira and other tools
Hands-on experience configuring Jira automation and scripting (e.g., Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, or REST API).
Act as Scrum Master for a couple of scrum teams with a focus on coaching the teams towards improving the delivery of value
Closely work help Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end program management covering technical and non-technical functionalities across a multiple,



cross-functional program landscape
While JIRA would be the primary focus, the candidate may be expected to lead Drive programs independently as a Program Manager/TPM.

Qualifications

BE (IT / CS) - preferred
