Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer/dealer calls.
Generate recent leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
Follow up on enquiries and existing leads.
Explain product details and support lead conversion.
Maintain daily call, lead and follow-up records.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 12th Pass.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Calling / Tele Sales / Lead Generation preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Valuable communication skills in Bengali & Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and strong follow-up skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
