10+ years of experience in IT project/program delivery within Banking/Core Banking.
Robust experience managing core banking transformation or integration projects.
Experience with platforms such as Finacle, Temenos, T24, Flexcube, or similar core banking systems.
Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, microservices, databases, and enterprise architecture.
Proven experience managing offshore technology teams and distributed delivery models.
Solid Agile/Waterfall, stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work with senior banking and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Experience working with large banks / international banking programs.

PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.

Exposure to cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and contemporary core banking modernization
