KOSHISH SELFLESS SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED INTERVIEWER – Position: Interviewer Salary: As Per Company Policy Training Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 Probation Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 Job Responsibilities Conduct interviews based on the resumes received from applicants. Evaluate candidates according to company recruitment standards and recommend suitable applicants for the appropriate positions. Maintain interview records and submit daily recruitment reports to the Reporting Head.
Coordinate with the HR and Recruitment Team for candidate onboarding. During the initial 1–2 months, the employee will work from home (WFH). After successfully completing the training period, the employee will be required to work from the assigned District Office.
