Key Responsibilities:
Dynamics 365 Customization: Modify forms, views, and dashboards to align with business needs.
Data & Table Management: Create and maintain tables, fields, and relationships within D365.
Workflow Automation: Design flows and business rules using Power Automate and D365 tools.
Testing & QA: Ensure all updates are tested and perform well before deployment.
Documentation: Keep a clear record of changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Support: Troubleshoot D365 issues and collaborate with teams to refine processes.
What Were Looking For:
Experience or strong interest in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar tools.
Positive understanding of database structure and UI configuration.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced workplace.
