About the Role

We are hiring Insurance Sales Executives for Term and Non-Term insurance products. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in sales and lead generation within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for Term and Non-Term insurance products
Connect with prospective customers and explain policy features and benefits
Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals

Freshers and experienced candidates welcome




Valuable communication skills
Candidates fluent in Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam will be eligible for higher pay (up to ₹23,000 CTC)
Basic smartphone and communication skills required
