Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain loan products and eligibility to customers.
Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Eligibility Criteria
0–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Sales or BFSI.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Excellent verbal communication and fluency in English/Hindi.
Positive convincing and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and enthusiastic approach.
Compensation CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA + Incentives
