We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade potential clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
Explain company services and offerings in a clear and professional manner.
Follow up with interested candidates/customers and maintain regular communication.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales or counseling team.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the concerned department.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer details in the CRM system.
Address customer queries and provide relevant information.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to handle objections and work under target-driven environments.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
